Account Information: Full name, email address, telephone number, password or authentication information, account preferences. Identity and Verification Information: Government-issued identification, driver's license information, date of birth, residence or address information, verification photographs or selfies. Vehicle Information: Vehicle make and model, year, license plate, vehicle photographs, location, availability, pricing, and supporting documents. Reservation Information: Reservations, dates and times, vehicle selected, pickup or delivery information, rental status, cancellation information, and related communications. Payment Information: Payment status, transaction amount, transaction ID, payment method type. Manada does not store complete card numbers when handled by a third-party provider. Device and Technical Information: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, log and crash information.
We may use information to: create and manage accounts, verify identity and eligibility, process reservations, process payments and payouts, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, protect Platform security, investigate disputes and incidents, improve Platform functionality, analyze performance, comply with legal obligations, enforce Terms & Conditions, and protect Manada, users, and third parties.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Manada, including providers for payment processing, identity verification, cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, notifications, fraud prevention, and security. We may also share information when required by law, legal process, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Manada, our users, or others.
Certain information may be shared between users when necessary to facilitate a reservation or vehicle rental. For example, information necessary to coordinate a reservation may be provided to the relevant parties. Manada does not make all account information publicly available.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining financial records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, maintaining security, and complying with legal obligations.
Users may request deletion of their Manada account through account settings in the app or through the account deletion request method provided on the Manada website. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, information about processing, withdraw certain consents, or object to certain processing.
Manada is not intended for children who are not legally eligible to use the services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Manada may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Platform or other appropriate means. The updated version will include a new effective date.
