Manada
Unless a reservation states otherwise: free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking. A user may cancel within this period according to the cancellation function available in the Manada Platform.
After 24 hours from the time the reservation was made: the reservation fee is non-refundable. For reservations where the user paid only the reservation amount, the applicable reservation amount will not be refunded after the 24-hour cancellation period. The applicable service fee may also be non-refundable when stated during checkout.
When a user pays the full reservation amount, cancellation after the 24-hour period may result in a partial refund depending on the reservation status and applicable cancellation terms. The specific refund amount will be displayed or communicated according to the applicable reservation conditions.
Manada may cancel a reservation when reasonably necessary because of: fraud or suspected fraud, payment problems, verification problems, vehicle availability issues, safety concerns, violation of Platform rules, or other circumstances that prevent the reservation from being safely or properly completed. Where a cancellation is initiated by Manada, any applicable refund will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.
If the person or business providing a vehicle cancels a confirmed reservation, Manada may provide the customer with an appropriate refund or alternative solution according to the circumstances and applicable policies.
When a refund is approved, the refund will normally be sent through the original payment method when technically possible. The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
If a user believes they were charged incorrectly or more than once, they should contact Manada promptly and provide the relevant transaction information.
Users should contact Manada as soon as possible regarding a payment, reservation, vehicle, or cancellation dispute. Manada may request documentation, photographs, receipts, messages, or other information necessary to investigate the issue.
